To participate in the 6th Fukuoka One Health International Forum (either onsite or via online streaming), advance registration is required. Please register via the link below.

Participation Requirements

Anyone is welcome to apply. Please note that onsite participation will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once capacity is reached.

How to Apply

Please click the "Registration" button at the bottom of this page to proceed with your application.
The registration form can be accessed not only from a PC but also from smartphones and tablets.
Enter the required information and proceed to the confirmation screen.
Once your registration is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

For onsite participants:

On the day of the event, please show the email screen on your mobile device or bring a printed copy of the email to the reception desk.

For online participants

Please join the event using the streaming URL that will be sent to you by email at a later date.
